0758 GMT - Investors scale back expectations of the Bank of England raising interest rates in 2026 following reports of progress in the U.S.-Iran negotiations. The U.S. says that talks with Iran are advancing well and an agreement could be reached by Wednesday. Oil prices are low compared to levels seen last week and inflation concerns are fading. Markets currently price in an 88% chance of a 25 basis-point BOE rate rise by December, down from a 99% probability priced in on Monday, LSEG data show.
