General Motors (GM) said Tuesday it has extended its Chinese automotive joint venture with SAIC Motor through 2047.
The renewed agreement calls for launching at least 30 new energy vehicles in the country by 2030, the company said.
The company will concentrate on its Buick and Cadillac brands while deploying locally developed technologies, and also plans to export its Buick Electra E7 model to certain global markets in October.
