Front Month Nymex Natural Gas for Sept. delivery lost 4.80 cents per million British thermal units, or 1.79% to $2.6400 per million British thermal units today

--Down two of the past three sessions

--Lowest settlement value since Tuesday, April 28, 2026

--Off 64.61% from its 52-week high of $7.46 hit Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2026

--Up 4.64% from its 52-week low of $2.523 hit Friday, April 24, 2026

--Down 13.92% from 52 weeks ago

--Off 64.61% from its 2026 settlement high of $7.46 hit Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2026

--Up 4.64% from its 2026 settlement low of $2.523 hit Friday, April 24, 2026

--Off 82.83% from its record high of $15.378 hit Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2005

--Year-to-date it is down $1.046 or 28.38%

All prices are calculated based on the settlement price of the current front month contract.
