Privia Health Shares Slide After Q2 Adjusted Earnings Miss

Privia Health (PRVA) shares fell 13% in Thursday trading after the company reported Q2 adjusted earnings that missed Wall Street expectations.

The company reported Q2 non-GAAP earnings of $0.19 per diluted share, up from $0.17 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.24.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $632.6 million, compared with $521.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $597.3 million.

For 2026, the company said it expects GAAP revenue at the high end of its previously issued guidance range of $2.35 billion to $2.45 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $2.42 billion.
