Major digital assets were broadly higher Tuesday, with Bitcoin (BTC-USD) topping the $64,000 level.
The CoinDesk Market Index, which tracks dozens of digital assets including Bitcoin, rose 0.3% in the past 24 hours. The Nasdaq 100 added 3.7%, the S&P 500 rose 2.1%, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average increased 2%.
Bitcoin rose 0.7% to $64,328, according to CoinMarketCap data. The most popular cryptocurrency's 24-hour trading volume fell 6.6% to $23.68 billion.
Ethereum (ETH-USD), the second-largest digital asset by market value, climbed up 0.5% to $1,878.
XRP (XRP-USD) fell 0.1%, BNB (BNB-USD) rose 0.3%, and Solana (SOL-USD) added 0.3%. Dogecoin (DOGE-USD) eased 0.1%, and Cardano (ADA-USD) decreased 0.8%.
The total market value of the cryptocurrency industry rose 0.5% in the past 24 hours to $2.2 trillion, with trading volume dropping 3.5% to $54.49 billion.
