Brookfield Asset Management (BAM) is well-positioned heading into its fundraising cycle with private equity and infrastructure flagships, further supported by additional AI tailwinds, RBC Capital Markets said in a Thursday research report.

Brookfield is poised to benefit from the AI digital infrastructure buildout, with the company already forming a partnership with OpenAI to advance enterprise AI adoption, according to the note.

The company has reached a structurally higher yearly fundraising level, and this trend is likely to continue into 2027 and 2028, according to the note.

The brokerage said it reiterated its outperform rating on the stock and price target of $65 per share.
