NH3 Clean Energy (ASX:NH3) has raised AU$4 million through a private placement of 50 million fully paid ordinary shares at AU$0.08 each, backed by strong institutional demand, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The funds will support the company's progress toward the WAH project's final investment decision, accelerate milestone delivery, mitigate execution risks, and unlock potential revaluation opportunities, per the filing.
The placement comprises 725,000 shares that require shareholder approval due to director participation, with the remaining shares expected to be issued by Aug. 11, the filing added.
