TransThera Sciences (Nanjing) (HKG:2617) said China's National Medical Products Administration granted conditional marketing approval for Yochanra (Tinengotinib tablets) to treat adults with unresectable advanced or metastatic cholangiocarcinoma harboring FGFR2 fusion or rearrangement.
The approval covers patients who have received prior systemic therapy and FGFR inhibitor treatment, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
