KKR-backed (KKR) Executive Centre is seeking a $500 million unitranche loan to refinance existing debt and fund capital spending, Bloomberg News reported Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The Hong Kong-based flexible workspace provider has approached banks and private credit funds for the financing, which remains in the early stages and could still change, the unnamed sources told the news outlet.

The proposed financing would help refinance $280 million of existing debt, with the balance intended for the acquisition of additional office space, Bloomberg reported.

KKR didn't immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
