US Foods (USFD) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Thursday of $1.44 per diluted share, up from $1.19 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.36.
Net sales for the quarter ended June 27 were $10.53 billion, up from $10.08 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $10.46 billion.
US Foods said it continues to expect fiscal 2026 adjusted diluted EPS to grow in the range of 18% to 24%. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $4.72.
Net sales for the fiscal year are expected to grow in the range of 4% to 6%, unchanged from its prior forecast. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $41.46 billion.
Shares of the company were up 4.5% in Thursday premarket activity.
