American Resources (AREC) said Friday its minority-owned ReElement Technologies has commissioned its first commercial-scale germanium refining production line at its Indiana facility.
The company said ReElement plans to commission additional production lines for gallium and rare earth elements, with a future phase II expansion targeting battery materials including lithium, cobalt and nickel.
