Playtika (PLTK) shares were down over 13% in Thursday trading after it reported Q2 earnings that missed market expectations.

Earlier, the firm reported a Q2 net income of $0.13 per diluted share, up from $0.09 a year ago. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.19.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $731.1 million, up from $696.0 million a year earlier. Analysts expected $714.5 million.

The company reaffirmed its 2026 guidance ranges of $2.75 billion to $2.85 billion in revenue, and $750 million to $790 million in adjusted EBITDA.

Based on current trends, including a more cautious view of consumer spending and the planned step-down in H2 marketing investment, the firm said it expects full-year results to finish toward the lower end of both ranges.
