In the latest quarter, year-over-year growth in nights booked accelerated in Airbnb's new markets as well as its largest core markets. Airbnb said those trends show that efforts to improve its product--with the help of AI--are working. The company has been able to build and iterate faster with the technology, allowing it to ship more new features and improvements compared to a year ago. The stock gained 8.9%, to $165.09, in late trading.
Cloudflare lifted its full-year outlook after reporting double-digit revenue growth in the second-quarter, despite a wider loss. First Solar applauded President Trump's decision to impose tariffs on polysilicon and related products, which are key components of solar panels. Trump's order, which takes effect on Dec. 4, imposes a 15% tariff on imported polysilicon and its derivatives. The order also sets minimum prices for imported polysilicon, polysilicon ingots and wafers, solar cells and solar modules. First Solar said the move closes a loophole that allows China-linked supply chains to undercut American workers. Shares were up 7.5% to $262.50 in after-hours trading.
Doximity boosted its full-year outlook after sales grew 7% in the latest quarter, topping Wall Street's expectations. Chief Executive Jeff Tangney said the platform drew over 30% more workflow active prescribers from a year ago, while AI search queries on the platform rose more than 25% quarter over quarter. The stock soared 73% to $35.70 after hours.
