Markets Price in Bigger Chance of Fed Hold in September

0938 ET - After Friday's job report showed a decline of 23,000 jobs, market participants are pricing in a 55.9% chance of a hold in September's Fed meeting up from 33% a week ago, according to CME's FedWatch tool. Today's payrolls report raises questions about whether central bank officials will shift their focus back to the labor market, and reinforce the case for leaving rates in their target range of 3.50% to 3.75%.
