Novanta Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Lifts 2026 Guidance

Novanta (NOVT) reported Q2 adjusted earnings late Wednesday of $0.89 per diluted share, up from $0.76 a year earlier.

Three analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.83.

Revenue for the quarter ended July 3 was $265.8 million, up from $241.0 million a year earlier.

Three analysts expected $262.3 million.

For Q3, the company expects adjusted EPS of $0.95 to $1.00 on revenue of $300 million to $304 million. Three analysts expect $0.94 and $262.8 million, respectively.

For the full-year 2026, the company now expects adjusted EPS of $3.68 to $3.74 on revenue of $1.13 billion to $1.14 billion, compared with its prior guidance of adjusted EPS of $3.50 to $3.65 on revenue of $1.04 billion to $1.06 billion.

Three analysts expect adjusted EPS of $3.59 on revenue of $1.05 billion.
