ACI Worldwide Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Raises 2026 Revenue Guidance

ACI Worldwide (ACIW) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Thursday of $0.54 per diluted share, up from $0.35 a year earlier.

Three analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.53.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $430.4 million, up from $401.3 million a year earlier.

Four analysts polled by FactSet expected $430.6 million.

The company expects Q3 revenue to be between $417 million and $427 million. Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $432.1 million.

ACI Worldwide now expects 2026 revenue of about $1.90 billion to $1.93 billion, compared with its previous outlook of $1.89 billion to $1.92 billion. Four analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.90 billion.
