Tabcorp Holdings (ASX:TAH) said the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has issued a draft determination proposing to authorize its subsidiary, Tabcorp VIC, to allow Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA) to participate in the SuperTAB totalizator pool, the ACCC said in a statement on Thursday.
The ACCC has proposed a six-year authorization period and provided interim approval to allow the arrangement to remain in place while it reviews the application.
Stakeholders have until Aug. 20 to submit feedback on the draft determination, following which the ACCC will issue its final decision.
