Janus Living (JAN) priced a public offering of 16 million Class A-1 shares at $29 per share, the company said late Monday.
Underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2.4 million shares, the senior housing REIT said.
The offering is expected to close on Wednesday, subject to customary closing conditions.
