Beyond Meat's board has approved a 1-for-30 reverse split of the company's common shares in a bid to help it regain compliance with the Nasdaq Global Select Market's minimum bid price requirement for continued listing, the company said Tuesday.
The shares are expected to start trading on a split-adjusted basis Friday.
Beyond Meat shares were down 14% in premarket activity.
