Fossil Group is inviting investment banks to pitch for roles on a potential initial public offering of its India business that could raise as much as $300 million, Bloomberg News reported, citing people familiar with the matter.

The US-based lifestyle accessories maker is considering selling up to a 25% stake in Fossil India, with the offering potentially taking place early next year, according to the report.

Discussions are ongoing, and the size, structure, and timing could change, Bloomberg said.

Fossil Group did not immediately respond to MTNewswires' request for comment.
