China National Uranium (SHE:001280) raised its 2026 routine related-party transaction estimate with actual controller CNNC by 2.71 billion yuan, bringing the total to 27.7 billion yuan.
The increase covers procurement, sales and other transactions, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The proposal is subject to shareholders' approval.
