GenFleet Therapeutics (Shanghai)'s (HKG:2595) GFH375 advanced into a registrational phase III study in China, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The trial will be conducted across over 40 sites nationwide, with the first patient recently dosed at Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital.
The trial will evaluate monotherapy efficacy and safety versus docetaxel in patients with KRAS G12D-mutant locally advanced, unresectable, or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer who have failed standard-of-care therapy.
