Harrow (HROW) reported Q2 net loss late Monday of $0.46 per diluted share, swinging from earnings of $0.13 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.18.
Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 rose to $70.7 million from $63.7 million a year earlier.
Analysts expected $70.4 million.
The company kept its full-year 2026 revenue guidance at $350 million to $365 million. Analysts expect $348.5 million.
Shares of Harrow were down 3.7% in after-hours activity.
