Catapult Sports (ASX:CAT) extended its debt facility with Western Alliance Bank to May 2031 and upsized it to $50 million from $30 million, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The facility was previously due to expire in May 2027, per the filing.
The company said the move helps optimize its capital structure and provide flexibility to explore potential inorganic growth opportunities.
