Semiconductor assembly outsourcing company Amkor Technology is looking at options, including selling a portion of its China business, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.
Amkor hired an adviser to help prepare the possible stake sale and measure interest among possible buyers, which could include Asian investment firms and industry players, the report said, citing the people.
