etoro Q2 Adjusted Earnings Rise, Revenue Falls; Agrees to Acquire TradeZero

etoro (ETOR) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $0.68 per diluted share, up from $0.56 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.64.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.59 billion, down from $2.09 billion a year earlier.

Separately, the company said it entered into an agreement to acquire TradeZero, a US-focused online brokerage, for up to $231 million in cash and up to 2.5 million newly issued Class A common shares.

The transaction, expected to close in the first half of 2027, is expected to be accretive to adjusted EPS in the first year after closing, the company added.
