Archion (TYO:543A) posted attributable profit of 251.5 billion yen in the fiscal first quarter, compared with a combined pro forma attributable profit of 18.2 billion yen a year ago.
EPS was 91.22 yen, compared with 6.61 yen for the prior year pro forma, according to a Tokyo bourse filing filing on Wednesday.
Revenue stood at 597.9 billion yen for the three months ended June 30, compared with 523.1 billion yen for the prior year pro forma.
In a separate filing, the truck holding company raised its full-year attributable profit forecast to 303.2 billion yen from 70.0 billion yen and basic EPS to 110.01 yen from 25.39 yen, while maintaining the revenue forecast at 2.425 trillion yen.
The company plans to pay interim and year-end dividends of 4 yen per share each for the current year.
Shares of the company fell more than 1% in recent trade.
