It set up a 50:50 joint venture for the Elimbah project in Queensland and participated in acquiring a residential site in Dianella, Western Australia, through jointly controlled entities with Satterley Property Group. The Elimbah site is a 181.36 hectare master planned development in the City of Moreton Bay with potential for about 1,400 residential lots and 64 mixed business and industrial lots.
