Darling Ingredients to Sell $150 Million in Tax Credits From DGD Venture

Darling Ingredients (DAR) on Tuesday said it agreed to sell about $150 million in production tax credits tied to its Diamond Green Diesel joint venture to a corporate buyer, with the credits originating under the Inflation Reduction Act.

The company expects to receive proceeds from the transaction by the end of the third quarter, contingent on meeting certain funding conditions, the company said.
