Patronus Resources (ASX:PTN) said first-pass reverse circulation drilling at the Davies No.2 prospect, at its Pine Creek project in the Northern Territory, intersected shallow gold mineralization, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
It hit intercepts of 10 meters at 2.05 grams per tonne grade of gold from 52 meters, as well as two meters at 6.03 g/t grade of gold from 27 meters.
The prospect remains open along strike and at depth, and follow-up drilling is planned.
