United States Antimony (UAMY) shares fell 14.4% in Wednesday's premarket activity after the company reported a sharp decline in Q2 revenue and net income and cut its 2026 gross revenue outlook well below analyst expectations.

The company reported a Q2 net income late Tuesday of $108,415, down from $179,680 a year earlier.

Three analysts polled by FactSet expected net income of $0.7 million.

Revenue for the three months ended June 30 was $7.9 million, down from $10.5 million a year earlier.

Three analysts polled by FactSet expected $21.7 million.

The company cut its 2026 gross revenue forecast to a range of $60 million to $75 million from prior guidance of $125 million. Four analysts expect $115.3 million.
