Hong Leong Asia's (SGX:H22) attributable profit to owners jumped by 64% during the first half of the year to SG$91.9 million from SG$56.0 million a year earlier, according to a Wednesday after-market filing.
Earnings per share came in at SG$0.1204 compared with SG$0.0749 in the year-ago period.
Revenue rose 18% year over year to SG$3.13 billion from SG$2.66 billion.
The cement manufacturer declared an interim dividend of SG$0.03 per share for the period, up from SG$0.02 per share in the prior period. The dividend will be paid on Sept. 9.
