Japan Display (TYO:6740) has recorded 2.26 billion yen in interest expense on short-term borrowings in its fiscal first-quarter results, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Monday.
Apart from that, it logged a 333 million yen gain from reversing restructuring expenses due to revised cost estimates at the Mobara Fab and another 137 million yen impairment loss on display business assets.
These items are fully reflected in the earnings results released today.
