1107 GMT - The cost of insuring euro credit against default climbs as the ongoing U.S.-Iran conflict weighs on market sentiment. Fresh demands from both sides reduce the prospects of a near-term resolution to the conflict. Investors await U.S. inflation data due to be released on Wednesday to assess the impact of the war on the economy. The iTraxx Europe Crossover index of euro high yield credit default swaps rises 2 basis points to 253 bps, S&P Global Market Intelligence data show.
