Cellebrite DI (CLBT) shares sank 33% amid heavy trading after the company reported Thursday a decline in Q2 non-GAAP earnings and set out its Q3 revenue outlook below analysts' expectations.

More than 27.7 million shares of the company traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 2 million.

Bending Spoons (BSP) reported full-year revenue guidance below market expectations, taking the shine off Q2 adjusted earnings and sales growth.

Shares declined 20%, with intraday trading volume rising to over 3.34 million from a daily average of about 3.32 million.

Cisco (CSCO) reported overnight a flat fiscal Q4 services revenue at $3.79 billion, missing the FactSet-polled consensus of $3.81 billion. On a non-GAAP basis, product gross margin fell to 64.8% from 67.5% a year ago, weighing on total gross margin.

Shares slumped 9.5% as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 42.6 million from a daily average of about 24.9 million.
