Cellebrite DI's Q2 Non-GAAP Earnings Fall, Revenue Increases; Q3 Outlook Issued

Cellebrite DI (CLBT) reported Q2 non-GAAP earnings Thursday of $0.11 per diluted share, down from $0.12 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.11.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $131.1 million, compared with $113.3 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $131.9 million.

The company expects Q3 revenue of $145 million to $148 million. Analysts expect $150.3 million.

For 2026, Cellebrite DI estimates revenue of $555 million to $561 million. Analysts expect $568 million.

In addition, the company said Shiven Ramji was named as its chief executive officer, effective immediately, succeeding Thomas Hogan.

Cellebrite DI shares were down more than 22% premarket Thursday.
