Wolverine World Wide Fiscal Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Raises Fiscal 2026 Guidance

Wolverine World Wide (WWW) reported fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings Thursday of $0.40 per diluted share, up from $0.35 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.38.

Revenue for the quarter ended July 4 was $506.4 million, up from $474.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $500.7 million.

The company increased its fiscal 2026 adjusted earnings outlook to between $1.55 and $1.65 per share from its previous guidance of $1.43 to $1.58 per share. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.56 per share.

The company raised its fiscal 2026 revenue outlook to $1.98 billion to $2 billion from $1.96 billion to $1.99 billion, previously. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.99 billion.

Shares of the company were up 8.7% in Thursday premarket activity.
