Accelerant (ARX) agreed to be acquired by Thoma Bravo in an all-cash deal, with an enterprise value of more than $4 billion, it said Thursday.

Shares of Accelerant soared 43% amid a surge in intraday trading volume to over 58.3 million from a daily average of about 2.05 million.

Sandisk (SNDK) expects revenue growth in the mid-to-high-teens from fiscal 2028 through fiscal 2030, it said Thursday.

Shares jumped 16%, with intraday trading volume rising to more than 16.9 million from the stock's daily average of about 13.4 million.

CuriosityStream (CURI) said Q2 earnings hit a "record" and raised its full-year guidance for revenue and adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization.

Shares advanced 39% as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 18.1 million from a daily average of roughly 468,000.
