DigitalBridge Group-backed (DBRG) Vantage Data Centers is considering multiple options, including an initial public offering at a valuation of about $100 billion as soon as next year, Reuters reported Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Vantage, which is also backed by Silver Lake, could raise about $10 billion, two of the people reportedly said. The hyperscale developer and operator could also consider a sale, including a stake sale, the report said, citing a third person.

Vantage didn't immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
