Waratah Minerals Confirms Mineralized Corridor at New South Wales Project

Waratah Minerals (ASX:WTM) reported high-grade gold intercepts at the Alpine zone within its Spur project in New South Wales, confirming a continuous six-kilometer mineralized corridor linking Alpine, Gazzards, Spur, and Consols, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Recent intercepts from hole ARC023 include 7 meters at 1.4 grams per tonne (g/t) grade of gold from 13 meters, which includes 1 meter at 9.34 g/t grade of gold from 17 meters, the filing said.

The company plans to start follow-up drilling in the Alpine zone in the fourth quarter upon receipt of required regulatory approvals, per the filing.
