SK REITS (KRX:395400) has issued a 150 billion won in short-term bonds to refinance debt maturing on Aug. 21, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The bonds carry a 3.71% annual interest rate and will mature on Nov. 20.
The issuance represents 7.4% of the company's equity capital of 2.03 trillion won, based on its latest consolidated financial statements as of March 31.
The bonds are underwritten by five securities firms, including Korea Investment & Securities and Samsung Securities, and fall within the company's 900 billion won bond issuance limit approved by shareholders.
