Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) priced a $4.75 billion senior notes offering across four tranches due in 2029, 2031, 2033 and 2036, with interest rates ranging from 4.60% to 5.50%, the company said late Thursday.
The company expects net proceeds of approximately $4.7 billion and intends to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, which may include repayment of debt.
