ZeroStack (ZSTK) said Wednesday it entered a $1 billion crypto contribution agreement that will add nearly 926 million MemeCore tokens to the company and also give MemeCore-linked investors a substantial equity stake in the company.

Shares were up roughly 200% as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 20 million from a daily average of more than 18,300.

Shares of Moderna rose about 141%, with intraday trading volume at over 148.9 million against a daily average of roughly 6.9 million.

SKK Holdings (SKK) said its SKK Works unit secured six new contracts for horizontal directional drilling and utility works in Singapore.

Shares increased about 20% as intraday trading volume soared to over 7.5 million from a daily average of roughly 21,400 shares.
