Becton Dickinson (BDX) has named Gary Sorsher as chief quality officer, effective Sept. 8, the company said late Monday.
Sorsher was most recently chief quality officer at Edwards Lifesciences (EW), the company said.
Becton Dickinson also said that Jeffrey Silvestri, global head of quality, will retire in October.
