JFB Construction (JFB), which is in the process of merging with XTEND under a pending business combination, said on Monday that XTEND signed a multi-year contract worth up to about $15 million with the Ministry of Defense of a European NATO member nation, with about $4.5 million secured for the first year.
XTEND, which specializes in AI-powered autonomy and software-defined robotics, will supply its technology through its XFAB manufacturing network and proprietary XTEND Operating System, the company said.
