TORONTO, Aug. 17, 2026 /CNW/ -- Automotive Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: APR.UN) (the "REIT") today announced a cash distribution of $0.0699 per REIT unit for the month of August 2026, representing $0.839 per REIT unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on September 15, 2026 to unitholders of record as at August 31, 2026.
