Kuaishou Technology (HKG:1024) said it will continue with its "prudent and disciplined approach" due to complexities in the operating environment as it reiterated plans to deepen its artificial intelligence investment in the second half.
The company will also boost the capabilities of its Kling AI model to allow adoption across professional scenarios, the short video platform operator said in its earnings report filed Wednesday with the Hong Kong bourse.
Kuaishou's attributable profit to equity holders fell to 3.15 billion yuan in the second quarter from 4.92 billion yuan in the year-ago period after revenue inched up to 35.5 billion yuan from 35 billion yuan.
