MT Newswires Live08:09

Sierra Nevada Gold (ASX:SNX) said high-grade copper and gold results from surface sampling at its As Safra copper-gold project in Saudi Arabia expanded targets, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

It encountered assays of 15.8% grade of copper, 0.62 grams per tonne grade of gold, and 9.45 g/t grade of silver, as well as 5.83 g/t grade of gold and nearly 3.3% grade of copper.

The results defined a new and undrilled high-grade copper target east of the North Central target and expanded the As Safra Southeast target by 200 meters to the north-northwest and around 100 meters to the south-southwest.
