Xos (XOS) shares were up more than 129% in Tuesday's premarket activity after the company said overnight it signed an agreement with the US Air Force to develop and deliver a deployable mobile charging solution for electrified support equipment and vehicles.

Profusa (PFSA) stock was 98% higher following a 27% rise in the prior session.

Singularity Future Technology (SGLY) shares were up over 52% after the company announced a private placement to raise about $30 million by selling more than 21.5 million common shares at $1.394 each to non-US investors.

Wetour Robotics (WETO) stock was more than 45% higher following a 199% rise in the previous session.

E-Home Household Service (EJH) shares were up 32%, recovering from Monday's 17% loss.
