LS Electric Signs $34 Million Data Center Equipment Supply Deal

LS Electric (KRX:010120) signed a $34.3 million supply contract with Bloom Energy to provide power distribution equipment for a hyperscale data center project in Wyoming, US.

The South Korean company will supply key distribution systems, including low-voltage switchboards, for the project being developed by Bloom Energy for a local energy infrastructure company.

The deal strengthens LS Electric's partnership with Bloom Energy as demand for data center power infrastructure grows.

LS Electric said its North American data center business helped drive record second-quarter sales of 1.58 trillion won, and operating profit of 178.5 billion won.
